Can non-members participate in PHIKO events? How can I participate?

I'd like to learn about the development of passive houses in South Korea, so I found PHIKO's official website, but I don't know how to contact you. Korean architectural design is excellent, so I'm very interested in you. Please let me know how to contact you and how to participate in your activities.
